General
These are general rules of commissioning me. I understand that each commission has different circumstances so if any questions or concerns pop up do not hesitate to contact me. While that's said, I reserve my right to enforce these rules/turn commission down if I deem appropriate. I will not explain myself.
Any and all business will be done through my e-mail, [email protected] unless otherwise discussed
I will send you an image on each completed stage of the commission (sketch/pose, clean sketch, lines, etc) to make sure there are no corrections needed. You are allotted 3 corrections per stage, please make sure you are precise in what needs fixing.
I have the right to display your commission in my portfolio, as a future commission example, or use as merchandise, including the right to make prints and merchandise for sale.
You will retain the right to your own characters. This does not mean you own the copyright to the image. I will always credit designs of OC's back to owner when convenient.
Any piece provided and made by me are not to be taken and made profit off of under any circumstances. This includes things such as selling personal prints, image packs, and various other merchandise with the image on it.
Clients however are allowed to make prints for personal use and as gifts. Clients may also edit and change the artwork to make icon’s, wallpapers and other graphics to be used non-commercially but are not allowed to alter the art itself.
Watermark/signature should never be altered or removed.
Under no circumstances is my work to be made into, or recreated for NFT use. No exceptions
Payment
Payments are accepted in USD only, and are currently only accepted VIA Paypal.
Payment is due after details have been established and a price has been agreed upon. I will take minimum of half of full payment up front and the the other half after commission has been completed.
First half of payment must be made before I begin sketching and any remaining amount owed must be sent to me before I send final documents.
Invoices are sent via email from my PayPal. Please always check spam. I will always follow up to make sure you received invoice
Once you are prompted to pay via invoice, the full (or minimum of half) must be paid within one week to secure a spot on commission list. I am willing to work with you if problems arise but otherwise if payment is not received within a weeks time frame you will expire off of my list.
All prices, including any quote that has been provided are non-negotiable.
What you can expect
Just a little of what you can expect from me when commissions are on-going.
Depending on complexity and queue size I may not always be able to quote turn around times for commissions. That being said I do try and keep you up to date in placement in queue, and please do not hesitate to ask for updates!
I will always do my best when met with art challenges but I am a cartoon influenced artist, I always request people look through my gallery before commissioning.
If for any reason I or you have issues completing either side of completion/payment of artwork the refund goes as follows - If before initial sketch payment will by reimbursed back to you in full for however much was paid at time of cancelling - if after initial sketch 90% of funds will be reimbursed back to you for however much was paid at time of cancelling. -If after Linework has been added 40% of funds will be reimbursed back to you for however much was paid at time of cancelling.- if past Lining stage 10% of funds will be reimbursed back to for however much was paid at time of cancelling. Anything further will have no reimbursement. no exceptions. Any work generated by me for you will be given over to you once reimbursement has happened.
